Gateway Center Directory Map

February 13, 2026

I created this interactive directory map of Gateway Centre to help visitors find their way in the shopping center. It shows exactly where every store is.

That map is useful for finding the way to stores and making the most practical schedule through the whole centre. Looking for your specific store? The search bar in the upper left corner of the map makes everything simple, just type the name, and it appears right away.

How To Use This Gateway Center Directory Map

There are categories help to see what is near. For a more detailed view, zooming works by moving the mouse above the map and scrolling. Below to the right show buttons for closer or farther, together with an option for full screen that makes everthing bigger.

This Gateway Centre directory is easy to use, because everything happens on one floor; like this the whole list of stores fits on a simple plan of one level.

Clicking on any marker of a store, you get extra info about it, from the kinds of products to its exact place inside the complex.

In Brooklyn, New York, Gateway Centre forms an important shopping spot. It sits almost twenty-two miles east of the central part of New York. Many stores fill the area, from clothing shops to outlets for home improvement and supplies for pets.

That place allows one trip to finish a whole series of purchases easily. The mix of store names like Best Buy, Home Depot, Target, Michaels, Lane Bryant, Gap Factory, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, JCPenney, Features, Petco, Bath & Body Works and Skechers Factory Outlet, everything under one shopping roof.

Between department stores, clothing shops and big box chains, enough variety meets in one space, so that many folks finish their shopping without traveling through the whole city.

Exit from the Bronx by jumping on the Bronx Cross Expressway and take I-95 north. From here, signs to Interstate 295 south lead to the Throgs Neck Bridge. After crossing, the way goes to Grand Central Parkway, before turning to Jackie Robinson Parkway straight to Pennsylvania Avenue.

Right away you notice the parking; and really, it does not lack space, seeing how many big box stores gather in that shopping centre. Only one entrance and exit causes real jams, especially during busy times, when every place is full.

When many big retailers meet in one area with all those cars that try to move around, things can become quite heavy. Some stores can become a bit messy, especially around the clothing racks and toy aisles, where items commonly end up scattered.

The order does take a hit in those parts. On the other hand that simply belongs to any shopping space with high traffic, keeping everything in order stays a constant struggle. Some chain restaurants spread around the centre, so a pause for a meal between purchases does not need a trip elsewhere. With all those retail options and food spots, it really forms a space, where a whole day passes without you even noticing.

In Brooklyn that centre fills ground that saw great growth during the last few years. It works as a solid retail base for the nearby areas, pulling shoppers from everywhere.

According to the owners of Gateway Centre, it stays quite easy to reach for a large group of folks, although arriving from some parts of New York maybe takes a bit of time behind the wheel.

Here there is no typical closed mall feel, no long halls full of little shops. Instead, it forms an open shopping centre, where known chains spread across the area. That setup works perfectly for those that like to arrive, enter a specific store and leave with exactly what they required.

Checking the map here before a trip to Gateway Centre is worth the time. In a centre this full, even some minutes for planning ahead can make a real difference.

Note that the map shows the layout as it was during setup, although things sometimes shift now and then. When stores change around, the map updates to match. It is useful to save this page as a bookmark for fast access, which makes it easy to bring the newest list before any future trip.
