Kings Plaza has long been a known place in the areas Marine Park and Mill Basin of Brooklyn, taking up a big piece of ground at the south side of Avenue U. And not without reason, it is the only full-size shopping centre in the whole neighbourhood, so it becomes the main spot for shoppers from Brooklyn.

The centre advertises itself as a centre of fashion, with a nice mix of stores for various budgets and tastes. It offers cheap everyday fashions as well as more expensive designer brands, like Michael Kors. That variety helps Kings Plaza attract a broad public.

For foods, hear one finds popular spots like Shake Shack on the first floor, together with smaller stores like Crumbl Cookies and Hillary’s Ice Cream for quick treats. There are also plenty of full-service restaurants beyond the typical fast food places.

But shopping and eating is not the only draw. Kings Plaza also offers experiences with VR, interactive maps for finding your way and, believe it or not, even a dental clinic, so you can get dental care while you shop!

And the entertainment does not end at the doors of the centre. It sits right beside some nice locations, like Marine Park, the Marine Park Golf Course and Floyd Bennett Field. So a trip to Kings Plaza can easily turn into a full-day adventure.

The shopping centre really has lots of options, from the T-Mobile store and Pier 1 Imports to a flower shop, a kiosk for newspapers and Vitamin Shoppe. And that is just the surface. Crowds of smaller specialty stores spread across the two floors.
