Starbucks Coffee
Starbucks Coffee are one of the most recognized coffee chains across the entire world. Starbucks stores in Queens Center Mall offer a variety of espresso and brewed coffee drinks, teas, and food item. Starbucks first established itself in Seattle in 1971, but has since expanded to multiple country and locations worldwide, including the store in Queens Center Mall. Starbucks’ coffee and drink menu include drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, Americanos, macchiatos, cold brew coffee, and iced coffee drink. In addition to these drinks, Starbucks is also well known for its Frappuccino blended beverage, which come in a variety of flavors ranging from coffee-based drinks to cream-based drinks. Other drinks that are available seasonally to the company’s customers include drinks like Pumpkin Spice Latte in the fall and the Peppermint Mocha drink in the winter months, as well as additional limited time drinks that the company offers to encourage customers to visit the store regularly. Originally founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 2006, Gong Cha has become one of the most well-known chains in the world that specialize in bubble tea. Currently operating in the Queens Center Mall, Gong Cha brings its delicious menu to customers in the area. The company gets its name from the translation of tribute tea, which refer to the tradition of presenting various teas to the Chinese emperors. Gong Cha specializes in milk teas, fruit teas, and slush drink, all with a base of brewed tea. Tea bases include black tea, green tea, oolong tea, and taro. Toppings for these drink include boba (pearl tapioca), pudding, aloe vera, coconut jelly, and QQ jelly (a combination of tapioca and konjac). All Gong Cha drinks also offer adjustable level of sweetness and ice, both ranging from 0% to 100%. Lastly, some of their drink also have milk foam toppings (crema) that are salted and come on top of the drinks. Seasonal product are offered periodically on their menu. Lastly, Gong Cha uses no artificial flavor in its drinks, but instead uses brewed loose leaf teas that they brew in-house during the day.

Tbaar
Tbaar is a brand that manufacture bubble teas and other specialty drinks with quality tea ingredients. This location in the Queens Center Mall caters to individuals looking for something more then the typical café offerings. Its name indicate its focus on being a tea bar. Their menu includes milk teas, fresh fruit teas, matcha teas, and blended drinks. The teas include black tea, green tea, oolong tea, and matcha tea. Matcha tea is available as a latte or blended drink. Tapioca pearls, popping boba, pudding, and grass jelly are available as topping for their drinks. Popping boba, also known as bursting boba, contains juice in a thin boba casing that breaks when biting into the boba. Each drink can be customized to the individual’s taste in terms of sweetness and amount of ice. Their fresh fruit teas do not contain milk and include fruits such as mango, strawberry, passion fruit, and lychee with green and black teas. Brown sugar milk tea has taken hold in the bubble tea trend and they have a brown sugar tea option that there customers can enjoy. All of the drinks are presented in a manner where the layered colors and toppings are visible through the drink cups.
