Exotic Snack Factory aim to provide customer with snack foods from around the world. Many of the snacks that is available in the store are imported product from different countries across the world. The store features product in various categories, including confectionery products (like candy and chocolate), chips, savory snack, beverages, mystery snack box, snack gift box, seasonal snack, and snack kit that allow individuals to create they own candies at home.

Products featured in the store include Japanese Kit Kats in flavors like matcha, sakura, and roasted tea, Korean honey butter chips, Taiwanese pineapple cake, and British chocolate products that are only seen on import website. Additionally, the store features a large portion of candy products, including gummy candies from Japan and South Korea (in various flavor and designs), Mexican candy products, and European candy brand (like Haribo) in different regional flavors that is not distributed in North America. Some of the savory snacks include seaweed and wasabi flavored product, ramen snacks (which are crunchy dried noodles that people eat without cooking), and other snacks that include flavor that are common to countries like Southeast Asia.

The store at Eastview Mall is more similar to the general concept of the Exotic Snack Factory; the store features snacks organized according to there country of origin. Each section of the store has easily identifiable signage, allowing the customer to either head direct to the snacks from specific country, or to browse the entire store. The products are displayed at convenient height, and often use their unique snack packaging to highlight these product.

Finally, the store features snack-making kit that allow customers to create their own candy at home, such as Japanese candy making kits (like the Kracie Popin’ Cookin’ line).
