One-Floor Shopping Guide
Only One Floor: Ground This mall only consist of one floor, which is called “Ground.” Since entire shopping center is on one level, all of the stores show up as being on a single floor plan. When you click on any of pins (representing a store), more information about the store will be displayed.
Stores on the Chautauqua Mall offer options for every budget and style. You can find casual clothing and affordable basics at Old Navy, or women’s apparel for everyday outfits at Maurices. For a one-stop shop and more family-friendly fashion (and larger sizes), look no further then JCPenney. This make it easy for travelers to pick up something new for their wardrobe, all without leaving the mall.
The mall also has exclusive shops beyond just apparel. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet have clearance items and discount finds. Bath & Body Works attracts customers looking for fragrances, lotions, and home scents. For those searching for that perfect gift or a splurge purchase, look no further than Kay Jewelers, where you will find expensive watches and jewelry. A bit of sweetness comes from Betty Dixon Candies, which sell confections and chocolates.
Spirit Halloween shows that there is seasonal shops here. This is especially true around the fall when people start buying their holiday decor.
The site also has restaurants, which are another element of customer experience here. For people visiting the mall to shop, there’s the option to grab something to eat at Sakura Buffet. Keeping customers well-fed during their visit to all of the shops can help ensure they remain energized as they explore the mall. Malls often have eating establishments so that employees, and people visiting the mall for other things like eating out, would of had someplace nearby to get a snack or meal.
The mall itself has included services as part of its programming. For example, there’s Planet Fitness so that you can get your workout in while still remaining inside shopping mall. There’s also an emergency Expedited Passport service for those who need their passport processed quick. It provides real-world use to the space outside off traditional shopping functions. By having both finance-adjacent services and more health services mixed with traditional shopping experiences, it make this a flexible destination.
