La Maison du Chocolat
French artisanal chocolate is the speciality at La Maison du Chocolat, that occupies a central place on Level 1. Dessert Places at Hudson Yards became a perfect home for them, surrounded by other prime brands with alike passion for quality and range. For marking the opening, they even brought a superb chocolatier from Belgium to create a chocolate sculpture. Each single chocolate and truffle yet are done in an atelier near Brussels and sent freshly to United States. The store offers its known ballotin boxes, individual pralines and seasonal collections.

VIVE LA CRÊPE
VIVE LA CRÊPE bring authentic Parisian taste to Level 4. The menu offers both aspects of the crêpe tradition: sweet and salty versions, prepared freshly according to your order. You maybe hesitate between the combination of banana-Nutella, strawberries with whipped cream, or the simple elegance of lemon-sugar. They also do classic buckwheat galettes, and everything is cooked on traditional French billig plates correctly before your eyes. These are those details that make it feel genuinely French, instead of being only a store with “crêpes” in the name.

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Except the regular ice cream, they offer vegan versions, home-made vegan chocolate cakes, sundaes and milkshakes. The tastes adjust every six weeks with new seasonal bids, so there is always a reason to return. Currently they have more than 32 tastes and four specialities, with vegan options done from cashew milk and coconut cream instead of dairy. The taste of black cherry deserves a special trip.

Their creative drinks, as the Mango Smoothie with Panna Cotta, are delicious and perfect for photographs on Instagram. The known Brown Sugar Boba is the most popular choice, and with good reason. The store won a big reputation on deliveryplatforms with hundreds of positive reviews, being one from the best tea places in the mall.
